When you hear the words Internet Marketing, it could be over whelming. Where do you start, who do you believe, many people are giving advice and you get little bits of information here and a little there.

When you hear the word Niche, you are now completely lost. Where do you start, what does it mean, which Niche is good for me? all these questions could bobble one's mind.

I will try and unclogg the drains and open the windows that you will be able to see clearly and have a clear mind to find your Niche.

Finding A Profitable Niche

The first thing that people try to do is to find a Product, then they try to find a Market. This is the wrong method to choose. The Right Method to use is to find a Market that spends money then find a product for that market. This way you know what people are looking for , then all you have to do is to service them.

First you should find what people want then you could give it to them.

Market vs. Niche

A Market is the name given to a huge area on line, it is a huge subject matter.

A Niche is small area in the Market.

Major Markets

There are basically about three Major Markets, they are :
1) Health
2) Wealth
3) Life style.

In each one of these catagories you will have the Niches that you will be looking for. Find the one that you will be most comfortable with, and one that you have a passion for. It could be the one that you do daily, or that you have a lot of information on. It could be one that you know inside out, one that you could really connect with the reader or the people you want to service. If people trust you with the service or information that you give to them, then it will be very easy to supply their needs.
The best Niches are the ones that fills a need and provides a solution.

In the Health Market you will have many niches.
Diet; Weight loss; Vitamin Supplements; Medical Issues; Ways to Quit Smoking; Alternative Therapies;
Headache Relief; Children's Health; Keeping fit; and Increasing Energy.

All these are some of the Niches in the Health Market. There will be many more if you do some research, looking around you and talking to people.
Servicing the Baby Boomers is a very profitable Niche today.

In the Wealth Market you also have many Niches to choose from.

Working From Home; Business Opportunities; Internet Marketing; Public Domain; How to buy Foreclosures; Stay at Home Moms; Starting your Own Business; Debt Relief and How to buy Real Estate .

In the Life Style Markets you will have these Niches.

Mind, Body and Spirit; Personal Development; Pets; Baby Boomers again; Self Improvement; Dating; On line study courses;Computers; Alternative Energy; Home Care; Guitar Lessons, Piano Lessons and Going Green.

These are some of the Niches that you will find in the Life Style Markets.
